Thank you for your interest in enrolling in Lifeline, with Infiniti Mobile, under the Get Connected for Health program.
Effective February 1st, California is now included in the Federal Lifeline enrollment process which requires an approved Lifeline Application ID alongside eligibility documentation.
How to get your Lifeline Application ID (two options):
1. Call the Lifeline Support Center

2. Apply online via the USAC portal: Get Started – Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC)
Once you have your approved Application ID, visit https://infi.mobi/CAHealth to activate your service right away.
Eligibility Documentation (Programs): Please bring a current award letter, statement of benefits, verification letter, or a screenshot of your online benefits portal that shows your (or your dependent’s) name, name of the program, name of the administrator that issued the document, and an issue date within the past 12 months:
- Medicaid/Medi-Cal
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance or Section 8
- CalFresh, Food Stamps or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Federal Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit Program
- Income
